Sixties Surreal
Marketing Campaign
Marketing for the Sixties Surreal exhibition at the Whitney Museum of American Art.
The campaign communicates the "Sixties" with the silhouetted image style, and the "Surreal" with the flipped type. It also alludes to the Sixties Surreal exhibition contents with the iconic Nancy Graves Camel and a flash of blue that matched the colorful walls.
I worked closely with Hilary and Jon to develop campaign concepts, and then Hilary and I created the production designs. The campaign branding was then incorporated into the exhibition graphics, designed by Jon and Juan.
